Once your order is on its way and the shipping label is created, changes can’t be made. If your order is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to pay the shipping fee to have it sent again. Great care is taken to ensure that your art piece arrives safely. However, if an art piece is damaged during transit, I’m happy to try to repair it, provided you return it in the condition you received it. Due to the delicate nature of my art, there is a risk of further damage during the transit process. You’ll be responsible for covering the postage to send it back to me, and I’ll cover the cost to ship it back to you after the repair.
